Jakki presents a fun, interactive concert style workshop to help you navigate thru life's challenges to get "high" without drugs and alcohol. LIFT is an acronym that will be explored throughout the 90 minutes to help raise vibration, inspire faith and provide healing techniques for increased clarity, emotional awareness and pain relief. It combines live music, inspiring stories, breathing techniques (qi gong), inner reflection, dance/movement, essential oils and self-acupressure instruction.

Everyone in the audience will also get a gift to enhance their experience. This family friendly event has come out of their decades of work in the holistic healing arts and Jakki’s entertainment experience. It will be a truly healing experience. She has extensive experience in the holistic healing and performing arts. Her dynamic approach to teaching will engage you and uplift you. She works to provide a safe loving container for her clients to process long held emotions and help them heal their heart wounds along with their physical pain. Her essential oils were designed to balance emotions and her songs are uplifting and thought provoking. She envisions and aims to assist the world to be a more loving place.
