Jakki presents a fun, interactive concert style workshop to help you navigate thru life's challenges to get "high" without drugs and alcohol. LIFT is an acronym that will be explored throughout the 90 minutes to help raise vibration, inspire faith and provide healing techniques for increased clarity, emotional awareness and pain relief. It combines live music, inspiring stories, breathing techniques (qi gong), inner reflection, dance/movement, essential oils and self-acupressure instruction.
Everyone in the audience will also get a gift to enhance their experience. This family friendly event has come out of their decades of work in the holistic healing arts and Jakki’s entertainment experience. It will be a truly healing experience.
