A monthly women's gathering dedicated to cultivating connection, healing, learning, and nurturing the divine feminine within each of us.

Each meeting will include group meditation, conversation, breathwork, exploration of goddess energies, gentle movements, and intention setting for the month ahead.

These sacred hours are dedicated to empowering ourselves and one another, building a network of like-hearted, conscious friendships and connections.

During our "Empowered Hours," we'll evolve and elevate together as we heal limiting beliefs and outdated thought patterns around our feminine roles. In this safe space, vulnerability, silliness, sexiness, strength, and sovereignty are our gifts and collective rights.
